West Malaysia  

During the first year of the warranty period, all shipping expenses are covered. From the second year onwards, customers are required to bear the shipping costs for any faulty machinery returns. Upon the completion of repairs, the machine will be sent back to customers at no charge.  

East Malaysia/Singapore  

In the initial year, customers who based in East Malaysia/Singapore, need to responsible for shipping items to us and covering the shipping costs. Upon completion of repairs, we provide complimentary return shipping for the first year. From the second year onwards, customers are required to bear all shipping expenses.  

However, upon the machine is under warranty period, MORSE will cover all parts problems and repair costs, except for problems caused by human error or reduced of battery health.

Exchange  

We offer 1-to-1 exchange for products that has cracked parts within 7 days upon received. Please do check the condition of your product before use, once it’s been used it can only be exchanged if there’s a malfunction.

Additional Warranty Information

• 🔋 Battery: 1-year warranty.
  (Normal power reduction over time is not covered.)

• 🧴 Water tank: 1-year warranty.
  (Covers only the electrolyzed water module; outer shell not included.)

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following situations:

-Damage resulting from failure to use the product according to the rating label.

-Damage due to not performing recommended maintenance.

-Damage caused by external factors such as: transportation, weather, power outage, power surge and etc.

-Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or careless operation.

-Use of non-original accessories or unauthorized repairs.

Third-Party Extended Warranty

Third-party extended warranty purchased separately will only take effect after the official Morse warranty period ends.

-Normal wear and tear is not covered under the extended warranty, including parts that naturally wear out over time (e.g., fuses, belts, brush bars, batteries, filters, etc.).
